This is a preview visualization of one of my ongoing projects. The object on display is a representation of a solid shell around the complex magnetic field lines of the solar potential magnetic field. Magnetograms from the Helioseismic and Magnetic Imager (HMI) instrument on the Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO) spacecraft were used as input for the system. The data set for this particular object was recorded on October 24, 2014.

    Skott Chandler: House Watch

“Skott Chandler’s “House Watch” series are shot from a ceiling fan point of view, capturing room interiors and the small scenarios playing out below with a sense of lightness. These manage to slow down our “reality TV” hyped up metabolism. The dramas are low key, and not so very explicit, but seemingly intimate or private, with literally roomfuls of detail. Further, the walls of the rooms act as an unusual framing device within the photographic image.”

    Susie MacMurray: Cloud

Site Specific Installation, The Great Hall, Winchester 2015

reclaimed military barbed wire, butterfly netting

In the culminating exhibition of Hampshire’s Big Theme ‘1914’, Susie MacMurray responds to conflict, loss, memory and commemoration. With particular reference to the First World War, Cloud is a monumental newly commissioned artwork.

The events of the First World War touched so many lives. No family or life at the time was left unaffected. Cloud reflects the ominous presence of conflict a century ago, but draws parallels with more recent conflicts and the effects of war. It looms dramatically above a drift of 40,000 replica identity tags representing those fallen and those touched by war.

    Jack Vanzet

Not only is he one of the hottest young Australian art directors who has been featured by a number of huge websites and even huger brands, he’s also a rather nice music producer, so a man of many talents. His work emphasizes the vividness of colours, brush strokes, and intensity through his pieces. Magnifying his work also creates a new sensation to his viewers by heavily embracing every detail of each piece.
